What can I say? My name is John Gilbert. Thank you so much for the coverage of FEAR magazine – The Great White Space is fantastic! Yes, I was the Editor all those years ago and intent to be again early next year. A few years ago we had attempted to get FEAR resurrected but, due to personal reasons it did not happen. I have, however, quite recently been talking to printers, designers and writers about resurrecting it and taking on what I can only describe as the few middle of the road magazine such as Sci-Fi Now that are out there on the UK market. if anyone is interesting in helping me to relaunch, please let me know.

I do so love the feeling of finding something that is TOTALLY right for you. I felt that way about Sibelius’ 5th symphony, about the first Thursday Next book, about the movie “Truly, Madly, Deeply,” & most recently about an odd little Canadian tv series called “Slings & Arrows.”

I look forward to the rest of this series.
